With confirmation of payment it means that you accept these terms and conditions and accept what is stipulated.

GENERAL

I can communicate with you in Spanish or English.

English isn't my first language, so I might make a few mistakes when talking to you. Thanks for your patience!

I can draw Humans, Characters (OC), Furries, Animals, Gore, NSFW and Fetiches

I can't draw Pedophilia, Mechas, Cars and Heavy gore or very explicit scenes.

PAYMENTS

Through this website

You can choose a payment plan with an initial payment of 50% and the remainder due upon commission. This will have an additional cost of $3.75 USD (Applies to the total order, not per unit)

You can also choose a full payment.

REVISIONS

I will send you a sketch so you can approve or modify it.

You can ask for previews with total confidence if you want more previews.

You have the right to modify the drawing 3 times.

Any changes requested when finalizing the illustration will involve additional costs.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Waiting time may vary depending on the order of the waiting list. You can see it here: Commission progress 2025

The approximate delivery time is 4-5 weeks.

Smaller orders can be delivered in less time.

USE

You may not use your drawing for commercial purpose.

If you want to get the illustration at a commercial cost, there would be a increase.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The client cannot resell the works or claim that he made them. (Unless you have purchased commercial use)

The client can publish the illustrations on their social networks.

REFUNDS

After starting to draw the illustration, refunds are not accepted.

The only valid reason to request a refund is if the sketch has not been delivered within 5 weeks.

End of auction: 48 hours after the first offer.
Payment must be made through Paypal.
Take good care of her/his/they/them.

Credits

If you want to sell, let it be at a lower price than what was purchased.
You can sell it at a higher price if it has more illustrations.
If you use my illustration give me credit.

What does the buyer get?

Only you have the right to use it.
You can give it away
If you want, you can change your design. (Hair style, clothes or colors).
